That's how it works for me too. Ayup. And Revel in Slaughter helps reduce the penalty and buff your character post Run'n'Gun.

Sep 25, 2024 · Captive Audience Just a question - have anyone else had this issue: When using this skill of Kibellah, some skills that require stacks get grayed out and unusable (most notably - revel in slaughter, death from above), while your buff icons get 99 next to them and Captive Audience appears as buff to all party members?
